The location was great - the hotel was right across the street from Bayside Shopping Mall - it featured a wonderful location - looked forward to returning next year - reasonable price - would stay here again
Experienced a little street noise - it was a great hotel in an excellent location - everything was ok during our stay - had a nice experience - only a 3 minute's cab ride to the cruise ship - the view of cruise ships in port was amazing
Our room had a fantastic view of the port - seeing the cruise ships coming and going was kind of enjoyable - the hotel was really close to the cruise ship terminals
The hotel offered express check-in for Priority Club Members - as a Priority Club Member, we received a $5 discount off any meal in the onsite restaurant
Rooms were clean and well-appointed - the hotel just offered all we needed for our stay - pleasantly surprised about the clean and quiet room - the view from 10th floor was splendid

Clean room - comfortable bed - great bathroom equipped with sundries - basic amenities inside the rooms - business friendly rooms available - smelled fresh
Very nice pool - some great stuff in the gift shop - concierge made me feel safe all the time - restaurant was ok - it needed to be more variety in food - convenient shuttle service - car rental service in the hotel
Friendly staff - they did speak Spanish - helpful and responsive - the front desk staff needed to be more professional - great and courteous bellman
There were advertisements on the lobby and corridors - guest parking was free

The linens were the softest - the hotel was located right off the turnpike and a major street
Nice free self-serve breakfast provided - walking distance to a major shopping center and other nice restaurants - a great stay - slept in Big King bed like a child - a good and safe option
Standard Holiday Inn breakfast - the breakfast room was like of lobby style
Private balconies - plenty of parking around - no trouble of finding the hotel along 88th St
The decor and the appliance were in tip top condition - the flat screen TV was in the center of the room - bathroom was small but clean - the dining room was busy
A range of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel - Supermarkets, K-Mart, Target, Walmart were in short drive distance - free tea & coffee available all day - the hotel was note well marked - adequate parking - the shower had plenty of hot water pressure
