Desirable location in the heart of Miami - just one block from Biscayne Bay - relatively far from the South Beach (15-min drive) - a nice location in the financial district
Excellent room service but a little expensive - the pool area was spectacularly beautiful and relaxing - poolside services were great - no charges for the cabanas at the pool
Free coffee in the lobby until 8am was a surprise - rooms with incredible views of the Key Biscayne - top-notch and professional service - the hotel restaurant and lounge was impeccable
A luxury retreat from the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach - parking cost approximately $30 - beds were super comfortable and soft
Definitely worth the price paid - super concierge service and staff - no coffee makers in rooms - the health club on the 4th floor was fully equipped for seamless guest experience
The tranquil spa offered various treatments for complete relaxation, invigoration and renewal - private treatment rooms were available for guests
