Quick check-in - the staff was great - free breakfast and shuttle to the airport - there was a strip mall next door with several good ethnic restaurants
The hotel had been renovated - immaculate and nicely appointed rooms - the lobby was also very nice - shuttlee driver was very friendly and prompt on picking us up at the airport Denny's and McDonald's were within walking distance - a good deal for the price
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly - rooms were adequate for our needs - the pool was nice
The location was very convenient to many places - there was a small supermarket in a small shopping centre - room was very clean and quiet

Very nice downtown location overlooking Biscayne Bay - not close enough to the South Beach and shopping malls - central location for business and leisure travelers - 20 minutes from Miami International Airport - an easy walk to Bayside Marketplace
Room service was pretty good and reasonably priced - the Club Lounge was really fantastic with gourmet foods and free drinks at evening and tea time - valet parking cost $35 each day - a little expensive anyway - the concierges were exceedingly helpful and friendly
Rooms were very nice with panoramic views of the Miami Beach and harbor - had the pleasure of spending some time at the new full service spa - various spa treatments were offered
Charged $12 for Internet and $5 for access to the fitness center - offered free coffee bags and bottled water everyday - in-room mini-fridge offered to store any leftovers and drinks

The rooms were extremely comfortable - staffs were friendly and courteous - they helped me a lot during my stay - the hotel itself was clean and well maintained - nice swimming pool
The pool was only 5ft deep and perfect for kids - bathroom was a little old but quite big and clean - they offered very delicious breakfasts - I feel at home in this hotel - there were many things to do while staying in this area - this hotel was close to the downtown - easy access to the airport

The airport shuttle runs on time and the shuttle staff is courteous - the hotel staff was very nice - all of the employees were extrememly friendly and greeted us personally with a smile and or a handshake - great service at the hotel - the food was great also
The rooms were quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable - the overall quality of the property was very good - the room was well equipped with everything required and the internet connection was fast - the restaurant was no-nonsense and functional

It was a self contained room - room was nice and clean and in good repair - staff both night and day was professional and nice - the room was as expected in an extended stay property, and was clean and in good shape - cable has a good selection of stations, including Fox and ABC
There were a few restaurants within walking distance - the property was extremely clean and inviting - Tony Romas restaurant next door was a welcomed bonus - room was a non smoking king bed room and still very large with lots of room
A sofa was in front with a sitting area and a nice kitchen area - a nice little kitchen seating area with high stools, great for working - closet had lots more room than usual - in a very safe location near some good shops and restaurants (more…)

The location was great - the hotel was right across the street from Bayside Shopping Mall - it featured a wonderful location - looked forward to returning next year - reasonable price - would stay here again

The hotel offered express check-in for Priority Club Members - as a Priority Club Member, we received a $5 discount off any meal in the onsite restaurant
