The Miami Art Museum, founded in 1996 and the successor of the Center for fine arts as the city's museum for the fine arts, displays art from the 20th century to the present at its location in Downtown Miami.

The museum operates from 10 AM to 5 PM on all weekdays(with the exception of Monday) and operates from Noon through 5 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. It provides free entry to children under the age of 12, all members and students with a valid ID. Entry is also free on Second Saturdays.
