The Miami Metrozoo is open through the year without any exceptions. The park hours range from 9:30 in the mornings to 5:30 in the evenings. The booths selling the tickets are shut down at 4:00 in the afternoon and hence all purchases have to be made beforehand. The Mercantil Commercebank Children's Zoo, the American Bankers Family Aviary, Dr. Wilde's World, and the Toadstool all follow the same timings- that is from 10 in the morning to 5 in the evening.
The admission fee for an adult (anyone over 13 years of age) is priced at $15.95 and for children from 3 to 12 years of age is priced at $11.95. The entry of children of 2 years and under is free of cost while members of the ZSF are also awarded free entry to the Miami Metrozoo.
