Miami Metro Zoo Map
The Miami metrozoo is housed in 290 acres of well maintained animal park. The inhabitants of this zoo hail from Asia, Africa and Australia. A redeeming feature of the zoo is that it is without any cages. Cleverly designed moats keep the visitors away at a safe distance. Rare white Bengal tigers, lions, Koala bears, Kangaroos, an impressive aviary and a Komodo dragon are among the population. The Zoofari monorail and tram tour involves about 45 minutes providing an overview of the park.
The train tours will cost you $3.95 per person in addition to the admittance fee of $11.5 for adults and $6.75 for children. Senior citizens pay $10.50. The zoofari monorail charges $1.0 for the whole day and is in addition to the admittance fee. Your legs need be strong enough to enjoy the park to the hilt because plenty of walking will be involved.
While these are the great details of the zoo, the interactive map of the zoo adds up as another attraction altogether. Take a look at this wonderful facility at this address:

You can zoom into it, reformat or reposition it according to your own needs. You can also easily identify the neighborhood attractions to determine your route to reach the zoo. The flags appearing in the map are however, indicative and not accurate. Enjoy a wonderful Miami traveling experience.
