The bus operates between Miami and Key West three times a day making three stops in Miami and 15 other stops before reaching Key West. The bus station in Key West is the Greyhound Shuttle Depot on the Duval Street. The ride to Key West from Miami extends juts over 4 hours. The shuttle service is also available between islands.

Tickets are readily available at Greyhound bus station and may also be booked online for greater convenience.
